You will have a first interview with one of our senior members and one team member to know you, your aspirations and motivation,

If you pass the first interview then you are a winner of a second interview. Here we will explore your technical background and your potential for the open position.
Sustainability Consultant
Job description
The open position is for the middle level. We value the attitude of the people who apply. We do not want to hire experts. You will grow with us. But you are invited to use it if you have Environmental / Technical Science Studies, 3-5 years of experience in a Sustainability Job / HSE job, and strong sustainability values. You will be part of different consultancy projects and work in teams. If you have experience, you will take over part of your engagement as Project Manager for specific projects.
- Request: Open-minded person, very good in EN and RO language (written and speaking), proactive, self-manageable, nimble, withstand high frequency of operation, fun, friendly
- Salary received: $1250-1450/month depending on your experience, salary increase according to ability & performance, or salary increase every 12 months

Product Designer
Job description
The open position is for the middle level (2-4 years experience). We value the attitude of the people who apply. We do not want to hire super experts. You will grow with us. But you are invited to use it if you have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Product Design or another degree in Art with solid sustainability values. You will be part of different product design projects and work in teams. We expect to have the Project Manager experience from you.
- Request: Open-minded person, very good in EN and RO language (written and speaking), proactive, self-manageable, nimble, withstand high frequency of operation, knowledgeable in using AutoCAD software / Shapr 3D / ZBrush Sculpting / KeyShot rending system or other 3D Modelling system, Ux Design, but we are not limiting to this. Social skills: excellent communication skills, fun, friendly
- Salary received: $1150-1250/month depending on your experience, salary increase according to ability & performance, or salary increase every 12 months
